Genauer gesagt sind die Ziele der Kohorte, die Anzahl der HIV-Patienten im Follow-up und ihr demografisches Profil zu schätzen, die Ergebnisse in Bezug auf Tod und Verlust durch Follow-up zu überwachen und immunologische (CD4) und virologische (VL) Veränderungen im Laufe der Zeit sowie die antiretrovirale Therapie (ART) zu beurteilen. Eine Erweiterung der Datenerhebung für die Kohorte ist vorgesehen, die es ermöglichen wird, mehr Informationen über Morbidität und detailliertere Informationen über Behandlung und Entwicklung zu erhalten. Bei den für die Kohorte erhobenen Daten handelt es sich sowohl um medizinische Daten (aus medizinischen Dateien) als auch um Labordaten (aus LIMS)." @default.

La mise en œuvre d'une telle cohorte contribuera, espérons-le, à améliorer la prise en charge des personnes vivant avec le VIH/sida (PVVIH) en Belgique. Plus précisément, les objectifs de la cohorte sont d'estimer le nombre de patients séropositifs dans le suivi et leur profil démographique, de surveiller les résultats en termes de décès et de perte de suivi et d'évaluer les changements immunologiques (CD4) et virologiques (VL) au fil du temps, ainsi que la prise de thérapie antirétrovirale (ART). Un élargissement de la collecte de données pour la cohorte est prévu, ce qui permettra d'avoir plus d'informations sur la morbidité, des informations plus détaillées sur le traitement et l'évolution. The aim of this cohort is to acquire and share information on the characteristics of the HIV population under medical follow-up and the evolution of these characteristics.
