In Belgien werden die Erstattungsbedingungen für sechs spezifische Arten von antiviralen Hepatitis-C-Medikamenten zur Behandlung chronischer Hepatitis-C-Patienten verlängert und zwei neue hinzugefügt. Diese verlängerte Erstattung wird ab dem 1.1.2017 wirksam und wird zwischen RIZIV-INAMI und den 5 beteiligten Pharmaunternehmen über einen mit RIZIV-INAMI unterzeichneten Vertrag des Typs Art.81 für einen Zeitraum von 2 Jahren vereinbart. De hepatitis C-antivirale medicatie staat op de lijst van hoofdstuk 4-medicijnen, waarvoor de behandelend arts een speciaal formulier moet invullen om terugbetaling aan te vragen. Afgezien van deze informatie is de behandelend arts ook verplicht om deel te nemen aan de registratie van follow-upgegevens van zijn/haar patiënten die dit antivirale hepatitis C-medicijn gebruiken. Gezien de aanzienlijke kosten in verband met de terugbetaling van de beschikbare therapieën, voorziet dit project in een behoefte, uitgedrukt in artikel 81 van de werkgroep, aan aanvullend bewijs over de doeltreffendheid van elk vergoed antiviraal hepatitis C-medicijn, meer bepaald bewijs over de doeltreffendheid op lange termijn (gemeten aan de hand van Kwantitatief PCR RT-viraal RNA)." @default.
