De wijziging in de vergoeding voorziet daarom in verplichte online registratie van medische gegevens en geïmplanteerde apparatuur voor implantaties van chirurgische en percutane aortahartkleppen, evenals monitoring van chirurgische en percutane aortakleppen (de codering van monitoring voor andere kleppen is optioneel). Deze verplichte registratie laat in het bijzonder toe zicht te hebben op alle implantaties van chirurgische kleppen alsook op de implantaties van geïmplanteerde percutane aortakleppen. De registratie van percutaan geïmplanteerde kleppen verzamelt ook informatie over de indicaties waarvoor is besloten om de aortaklep percutaan te vervangen in plaats van operatief. De twee betrokken wetenschappelijke verenigingen, BWGIC en BACTS, zullen om de twee jaar verslag uitbrengen op basis van de geregistreerde gegevens en deze aan de Commissie voorleggen." @default.

Diese obligatorische Registrierung ermöglicht insbesondere einen Überblick über alle chirurgisch implantierten Ventile sowie über die implantierten perkutanen Aortenklappen. Die Registrierung der perkutan implantierten Klappen ermöglicht es auch, Informationen über die Indikationen zu sammeln, für die beschlossen wurde, die Aortenklappe perkutan statt chirurgisch zu ersetzen. Die beiden betroffenen wissenschaftlichen Vereinigungen, BWGIC und BACTS, werden alle zwei Jahre auf der Grundlage der aufgezeichneten Daten einen Bericht erstellen und ihn der Kommission vorlegen." @default.

L’enregistrement des valves implantées par voie percutanée permet également de collecter des informations sur les indications pour lesquelles il a été décidé de remplacer la valve aortique par voie percutanée plutôt que chirurgicalement. Les deux associations scientifiques concernées, le BWGIC et la BACTS, feront un rapport tous les deux ans sur base des données enregistrées et la présenteront à la Commission." @default.

Currently for surgical heart valves hospitals must send a paper form to insurers with some data and there is an optional registration of percutaneous aortic valves via a registry managed by the scientific association. The amendment to the reimbursement therefore provides for mandatory online registration of medical data and implanted equipment for percutaneous surgical and aortic heart valve implantations as well as follow-up for surgical and percutaneous aortic valves (encoding of follow-ups for other valves is optional). This compulsory registration makes it possible, in particular, to have a view of all surgical valve implantations and percutaneous aortic valve implantations. The registration of percutaneously implanted valves also allows information to be collected on the indications for which it was decided to replace the aortic valve percutaneously rather than surgically. The two scientific associations concerned, BWGIC and BACTS, will report every two years on the basis of the recorded data and present it to the Commission." @default.
