Das Projekt untersucht, wie jüngste Entwicklungen wie die kreislauforientierte und biobasierte Bauwirtschaft und die kollektive Energieversorgung dazu beitragen können, das Risiko von Energiearmut zu verringern und die CO2-Emissionen und den damit verbundenen Klimawandel durch die Renovierung von (sozialem) Wohnraum in Flandern zu reduzieren.
