NEJM 2011). Le statut fonctionnel est basé sur les réponses fournies dans l'enquête SF-36 et en cas de réponses manquantes imputées conformément aux lignes directrices SF-36. Les notes totales pour le «fonctionnement physique», le «score de la composante physique» et le «score de la composante mentale» sont fournies. En outre, pour le «fonctionnement physique», une variable pénalisée est incluse, qui attribue le score le plus bas aux non-survivants. Le statut vital à deux ans est obtenu auprès du Registre national belge et pour les résidents non belges par téléphone. Le but de l'ensemble de données est d'analyser l'impact de la nutrition parentérale précoce par rapport à la nutrition parentérale tardive sur la morbidité et la mortalité après deux ans chez les patients jugés à risque nutritionnel plus faible par rapport à plus élevé." @default.
