After the data transfer to shore, the profiles are converted and quality checked with a custom notebook procedure. The notebook uses the SeaBird software capabilities and clean the profiles with outliers removal and noise reduction. The manual checks are the good functionning of the CTD pump and the global ranges of the different measured parameters.
