Le parcellaire agricole anonyme (situation 2021) reprend l’utilisation du sol dans les zones agricoles et forestières gérées dans le cadre de la mise œuvre de la Politique Agricole Commune par l’Organisme Payeur de Wallonie. Le parcellaire agricole anonyme représente la version publique du parcellaire agricole. Il ne comprend donc pas d’information à caractère personnel permettant d’identifier l’exploitant. Il est fourni sur une base annuelle. Les données d'une année de culture sont mises à disposition du public dans le courant de l'année suivante. La présente version concerne l'année culturale (millésime) 2021. Le parcellaire agricole anonyme localise, sous la forme de polygones, l’emprise des parcelles agricoles exploitées ainsi que la culture principale qui y est effectuée, ce qui n’exclut pas un usage éventuel en interculture. Ce parcellaire est limité à la Wallonie. La culture principale pratiquée sur les parcelles agricoles est étiquetée et symbolisée par un aplat de couleurs. Le parcellaire agricole anonyme est fourni à titre indicatif, et sans garantie aucune, tant au niveau des limites que des informations attributaires. Les limites des parcelles sont basées sur une interprétation des règles d'éligibilités que doit suivre l'Organisme Payeur de Wallonie (OPW). Elles ne reflètent pas les limites de propriétés. En outre, la couche ne reprend pas les éventuelles modifications du parcellaire agricole qui résultent d'adaptations ultérieures requises par les règles de gestion, notamment dans le cadre de recours ou de décisions judiciaires. La référence pour la gestion des aides agricoles reste le parcellaire agricole géré par l'OPW. Cette référence ne fait pas l'objet d'une distribution publique." @default.

Het wordt op jaarbasis verstrekt. De gegevens van een oogstjaar worden in de loop van het volgende jaar ter beschikking van het publiek gesteld. Deze versie is voor het oogstjaar (vintage) 2021. Anonieme landbouwpercelen lokaliseren, in de vorm van veelhoeken, het doorgangsrecht van de gebruikte landbouwpercelen en het daar geteelde hoofdgewas, wat een mogelijk gebruik bij het kruisen niet uitsluit. Dit perceel is beperkt tot Wallonië. Het hoofdgewas dat op de landbouwpercelen wordt geteeld, wordt geëtiketteerd en gesymboliseerd door een vlak kleurenschema. Het anonieme landbouwperceel wordt ter indicatie en zonder enige garantie verstrekt, zowel wat de grenzen als wat de te verstrekken informatie betreft. De grenzen van de percelen zijn gebaseerd op een interpretatie van de subsidiabiliteitsregels die het Waals betaalorgaan (OPW) in acht moet nemen. Ze weerspiegelen geen eigendomsgrenzen. Bovendien omvat de laag geen wijzigingen van het landbouwperceel als gevolg van latere aanpassingen die vereist zijn op grond van de beheersregels, met name in het kader van beroepen of rechterlijke beslissingen. Die Daten eines Anbaujahres werden der Öffentlichkeit im Laufe des Folgejahres zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese Fassung bezieht sich auf das Anbaujahr (Jahrgang) 2021. Die anonyme landwirtschaftliche Parzelle lokalisiert in Form von Polygonen den Einfluss der bewirtschafteten landwirtschaftlichen Parzellen sowie die dort angebaute Hauptkultur, was eine mögliche Verwendung als Zwischenfrucht nicht ausschließt. Diese Parzelle ist auf Wallonien beschränkt. Die Hauptkultur, die auf landwirtschaftlichen Parzellen angebaut wird, wird durch ein flaches Farbschema gekennzeichnet und symbolisiert. Die anonyme landwirtschaftliche Parzelle dient nur zur Orientierung und ist weder hinsichtlich der Grenzen noch hinsichtlich der Zuschlagsinformationen garantiert. Die Grenzen der Parzellen basieren auf einer Auslegung der Förderfähigkeitsregeln, die die Zahlstelle der Wallonie (OPW) befolgen muss. Sie spiegeln nicht die Grenzen der Eigenschaften wider. This parcel is limited to Wallonia. The main crop grown on the agricultural parcels is labelled and symbolized by a flat colour scheme. The anonymous agricultural parcel is provided as an indication, and without any guarantee, both in terms of the limits and the information to be awarded. The boundaries of the parcels are based on an interpretation of the eligibility rules to be followed by the Paying Agency of Wallonia (OPW). They do not reflect property limits. In addition, the layer does not include any changes to the agricultural parcel resulting from subsequent adaptations required by the management rules, in particular in the context of appeals or judicial decisions.
