- Dataset description "Fisch – „Reference Freshwater Monitoring“ in Flandern (Belgien) ist ein stichprobenbasierter Datensatz, der vom Forschungsinstitut für Natur und Wald (INBO) veröffentlicht wird. Die Datenbank ist in Brosens et al. 2015 beschrieben (https://doi.org/10.3897/zookeys.475.8556). Die Datensätze für 25,000 Fischvorkommen, die zwischen 2013 und 2015 in Flandern (Belgien) aus 246 Proben entnommen wurden, wurden in Flandern, Belgien, in Binnengewässern, Flüssen und Kanälen erfasst. Der Datensatz umfasst 42 Fischarten sowie eine Reihe von Nichtzielarten (hauptsächlich Krebstiere). Die Daten stammen aus dem Fischereiinformationssystem (VIS), einer Datenbank zur Überwachung des Zustands der Fische und ihrer Lebensräume in Flandern und werden zur Unterstützung der Wasserrahmenrichtlinie, der Habitat-Richtlinie, bestimmter roter Listen und der Biodiversitätsforschung erhoben. Zusätzliche Informationen wie Maßnahmen, fehlende Informationen und abiotische Daten stehen auf Anfrage zur Verfügung. Probleme mit dem Datensatz können unter https://github.com/inbo/data-publication/tree/master/datasets/vis-freshwater-monitoring-events gemeldet werden. Längen- und Gewichtsmessungsdaten der einzelnen Fische, fehlende Informationen, Daten zum Vorkommen aus dem Jahr 2013 sowie abiotische Daten der Probenahmestellen (pH, Temperatur usw.) sind im Darwin-Kernarchiv nicht enthalten und sind auf Anfrage verfügbar. Damit jeder diesen Datensatz nutzen kann, wurden wir die Daten im Rahmen einer „Creative Commons Zero Exemption“ (http://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/) öffentlich zugänglich gemacht. Additional information, such as measures, absence information and Abiotic data are available upon request. Issues with the dataset can be reported at https://github.com/inbo/data-publication/tree/master/datasets/vis-freshwater-monitoring-events Length and weight measurement data of the individual fishes, absence information, occurrence data from 2013, as well as Abiotic data of the sampling points (pH, temperature, etc.) are not included in the Darwin Core Archive and are available upon request.
