Pour la désignation finale des sites relevant de la directive «Habitats», les autorités flamandes ont opté pour l’adoption d’un décret de désignation distinct pour chaque site, qui inclut également les objectifs de conservation de ce site (S-IHD). La directive «Habitats» ou la directive européenne 92/43/CEE vise à préserver la biodiversité dans les États membres et vise à conserver et à restaurer les habitats naturels ainsi que la faune et la flore sauvages qui les composent. La mesure la plus importante est la désignation de zones de protection spéciale. Ce stock remplace le stock précédemment réparti par les délimitations des zones relevant de la directive «Habitats» et contient des délimitations supplémentaires par rapport aux délimitations des zones relevant de la directive «Habitats» sur la base du décret du gouvernement flamand du 24 mai 2002. Cet ensemble de données est accessible de deux manières: les sites relevant de la directive «Habitats», dans lesquels des sites composés de polygones multiples sont considérés comme un seul élément. Für die endgültige Ausweisung der Gebiete der Habitat-Richtlinie haben sich die flämischen Behörden für die Annahme eines gesonderten Ausweisungsbeschlusses für jedes Gebiet entschieden, der auch die Erhaltungsziele für dieses Gebiet (S-IHD) enthält. Die Habitat-Richtlinie oder die Europäische Richtlinie 92/43/EWG zielt darauf ab, die biologische Vielfalt in den Mitgliedstaaten zu erhalten und die natürlichen Lebensräume sowie die wildlebenden Tiere und Pflanzen, aus denen sie bestehen, zu erhalten und wiederherzustellen. Die wichtigste Maßnahme ist die Ausweisung besonderer Schutzgebiete. Dieser Bestand ersetzt den zuvor verteilten Bestand durch die Abgrenzungen der Gebiete der Habitat-Richtlinie und enthält zusätzliche Abgrenzungen im Vergleich zu den Abgrenzungen der Gebiete der Habitat-Richtlinie auf der Grundlage des Dekrets der flämischen Regierung vom 24.5.2002. Der Zugriff auf diesen Datensatz erfolgt auf zwei Arten: Standorte der Habitatrichtlinie, bei denen Standorte, die aus mehreren Polygonen bestehen, als ein Element betrachtet werden. Dieses Ergebnis wird durch Ausführen einer Auflösungsoperation auf dem ursprünglichen Datensatz erhalten. De habitatrichtlijn of de Europese Richtlijn 92/43/EEG heeft tot doel de biodiversiteit in de lidstaten te behouden en streeft naar de instandhouding en het herstel van de natuurlijke habitats en de wilde flora en fauna die hiervan deel uitmaken. De belangrijkste maatregel is de aanduiding van Speciale Beschermingszones. Dit bestand vervangt het vroeger verspreide bestand met de afbakeningen van de Habitatrichtlijngebieden en bevat aanvullende afbakeningen ten opzichte van de afbakeningen van de Habitatrichtlijngebieden op basis van het besluit van de Vlaamse regering van 24/05/2002. Deze dataset wordt op twee manieren ontsloten: -De habitatrichtlijngebieden, waarin gebieden die bestaan uit meerdere polygonen worden beschouwd als één element. This dataset is accessed in two ways: -Habitats Directive sites, in which sites consisting of multiple polygons are considered as one element.
