De opportuniteitenkaarten – waaronder deze opportuniteitenkaart van niet-kerngebonden bebouwing in overstromingsgevoelige gebieden - tonen per parameter of een verharde locatie moeilijk of makkelijk te ontharden is uitgaande van de eigenschappen van de verharding zelf en dus een grote of kleine opportuniteit voor ontharding heeft.
