Lors de l'établissement, la zone du projet d'aménagement du territoire est délimitée. Pour chaque projet d'aménagement du territoire, un ou plusieurs plans d'aménagement du territoire sont adoptés.De Vlaamse Landmaatschappij applique l'aménagement du territoire pour mettre en place des zones intégralement en fonction de la destination de la zone (nature, agriculture, loisirs, vie, ...) qui a été accordée selon l'aménagement du territoire et fournit un cas d'instrument largement déployable pour cela. - Les projets d’aménagement du territoire mis en place avant l’entrée en vigueur du décret du 28 mars 2014 sont en application de l’article 6 bis et des articles 11 à 14 du décret du 21 décembre 1988 portant création de la Vlaamse Landmaatschappij. Ce décret définit la notion d’«aménagement du territoire» comme «la promotion, la préparation, l’intégration et la supervision des mesures, actions et travaux émanant des autorités compétentes et visant à sauvegarder, à réévaluer et à rendre les zones rurales plus adaptées, conformément à l’objectif assigné par la législation en matière d’aménagement du territoire». Un ou plusieurs plans d’aménagement du territoire ont été élaborés pour chaque projet d’aménagement du territoire. Les nouveaux règlements de 2014 sur l'utilisation des terres prévoient un régime transitoire pour les projets qui ont débuté avant l'entrée en vigueur des nouveaux règlements. Cette disposition transitoire signifie que les plans d'aménagement du territoire qui n'ont pas encore été soumis au conseil municipal pour avis au 1er novembre 2014 seront établis en tant que plans d'aménagement du territoire conformément au nouveau règlement d'aménagement du territoire. Aménagement du terrain de la voie 2: D'autres autorités ou partenaires de l'Agence flamande du Land peuvent également utiliser les instruments d'ameublement du cas d'instrument pour atteindre certains objectifs sur le terrain. Tant le gouvernement flamand que le niveau de gouvernement provincial ou municipal peuvent décider de le faire. L'organisme initiateur commencera alors à travailler en consultation avec le VLM. Cas de l'instrument: Le cas de l'instrument est largement applicable dans le domaine de la conception, de la gestion, de l'acquisition de terres, de la mobilité des terres et de la politique d'accompagnement. Cela comprend, entre autres, les travaux d'ameublement, le remembrement et l'échange d'utilisation. Depuis la nouvelle législation, il s'agit notamment: reparcer en vertu de la loi et du droit de préemption. Die neuen Verordnungen von 2014 über die Landnutzung sehen eine Übergangsregelung für Projekte vor, die vor dem Inkrafttreten der neuen Verordnungen begonnen haben. Diese Übergangsregelung bedeutet, dass die am 1. November 2014 noch nicht dem Gemeinderat zur Beratung vorgelegten Bebauungspläne als Bebauungspläne nach den neuen Bebauungsvorschriften erstellt werden. Gleis 2 Grundriss: Auch andere Behörden oder Partner der Flämischen Landesagentur können die Einrichtungsinstrumente aus dem Instrumentenkoffer nutzen, um bestimmte Ziele vor Ort zu erreichen. Sowohl die flämische Regierung als auch die Provinz- oder Gemeindeebene können dies beschließen. Die initiierende Stelle wird dann in Absprache mit dem VLM mit der Arbeit beginnen. Instrumentenkoffer: Der Instrumentenfall ist in den Bereichen Gestaltung, Verwaltung, Landerwerb, Landmobilität und begleitende Politik weit verbreitet. De nieuwe regelgeving van 2014 betreffende landinrichting voorziet een overgangsregeling voor projecten die aangevat zijn voor het moment van inwerkingtreding van de nieuwe regelgeving. Deze overgangsregeling houdt in dat de inrichtingsplannen die op 1 november 2014 nog niet voor advisering zijn overgemaakt aan het college van burgemeester en schepenen, worden opgemaakt als landinrichtingsplannen conform de nieuwe regelgeving betreffende de landinrichting. Landinrichting spoor 2: Ook andere overheden of partners van de Vlaamse Landmaatschappij kunnen de inrichtingsinstrumenten uit de instrumentenkoffer gebruiken om bepaalde doeleinden op het terrein te realiseren. Zowel de Vlaamse Regering als het provinciale of gemeentelijke bestuursniveau kunnen daartoe beslissen. De initiatiefnemende instantie gaat dan aan de slag in overleg met de VLM. Instrumentenkoffer: De instrumentenkoffer is breed inzetbaar op het gebied van inrichting, beheer, grondverwerving, grondmobiliteit en flankerend beleid. Zo bevat die o.a. inrichtingswerken, herverkaveling en gebruiksruil. Sinds de nieuwe wetgeving kwamen daar onder andere bij: herverkaveling uit kracht van wet en recht van voorkoop.
