Het kan dienen als basis voor de contextuele analyse die gemeenten moeten maken wanneer zij een Community Development Plan (CDS) uitvoeren. Het is ook bedoeld om de gemeente kennis te geven van haar grondgebied voor alle planningsoefeningen, ongeacht of deze binnen het toepassingsgebied van de CoDT vallen of ermee verband houden (mobiliteit, plattelandsontwikkeling, enz.). Het rapport (.pdf) zal ook elke gemeente voorzien van een globale en multi-thematische visie op sub-gemeentelijk niveau met de behandeling van onderwerpen zoals: huisvesting en huisvesting, fysieke en milieudimensies, economie, mobiliteit, diensten en faciliteiten, sociale dimensie, beschikbaarheid van grond, demografie, juridische situatie, ZACC, ... Deze dataset bevat de lijst met links naar de 252 territoriale diagnoses van de Franstalige gemeenten van Wallonië (rapporten, kaarten, grafieken en tabellen). De velden in de tabel stellen gebruikers in staat om gemakkelijk de documenten te vinden waarin ze geïnteresseerd zijn (sorteren volgens de gemeente, supragemeenschap, enz.). • diagnostic_territorial_2025 description "Die Agenturen für territoriale Entwicklung (BEP, IDEA, IDELUX, IDETA, IEG, IGRETEC, InBW, Spi) wurden von der Wallonie beauftragt, bis Oktober 2025 eine territoriale Diagnose für jede französischsprachige Gemeinde in ihrem Gebiet zu erstellen, die darauf abzielt, eine umfassende und thematische Vision des Gebiets zu vermitteln, um seine Zwänge zu verstehen und sich sowohl auf Nachbarschaftsebene als auch in einem überkommunalen Kontext zu positionieren. Es bietet den Gemeinden somit die Möglichkeit, ihr Gebiet in einem breiteren Kontext zu betrachten (Grenzgemeinden, Lebensraum, grenzüberschreitender Raum usw.). Es kann als Grundlage für die kontextbezogene Analyse dienen, die die Gemeinden bei der Erstellung eines kommunalen Entwicklungsschemas (GZA) erstellen müssen. Ziel ist es auch, der Gemeinde die Kenntnis ihres Gebiets für alle Planungsübungen zu vermitteln, unabhängig davon, ob diese in den Zuständigkeitsbereich des CoDT fallen oder mit diesem in Zusammenhang stehen (Mobilität, ländliche Entwicklung usw.). Der Bericht (.pdf) bietet jeder Gemeinde auch eine umfassende und multithematische Vision auf subkommunaler Ebene mit der Behandlung von Themen wie: Wohnen und Wohnen, physische und ökologische Dimensionen, Wirtschaft, Mobilität, Dienstleistungen und Einrichtungen, soziale Dimension, Verfügbarkeit von Land, Demografie, Rechtslage, ZACC, ... Dieser Datensatz enthält die Liste der Links, die den Zugang zu den 252 territorialen Diagnosen der französischsprachigen Gemeinden der Wallonie ermöglichen (Berichte, Karten, Grafiken und Tabellen). Il offre ainsi l’opportunité aux communes de considérer leur territoire dans un contexte plus large (communes limitrophes, bassin de vie, espace transfrontalier, …). Il peut servir de base à l’analyse contextuelle que les communes doivent produire lorsqu’elles réalisent un Schéma de Développement Communal (SDC). Il a aussi pour but d’apporter à la commune la connaissance de son territoire pour tous les exercices de planification, que ceux-ci relèvent du CoDT ou soient connexes à ce dernier (mobilité, développement rural, etc.). Le rapport (.pdf) fournira également à chaque commune une vision globale et pluri-thématique à l’échelle infracommunale avec le traitement de sujets tels que : logement et habitat, dimensions physiques et environnementales, économie, mobilité, services et équipements, dimension sociale, disponibilités foncières, démographie, situation de droit, ZACC, … Ce jeu de données reprend la liste des liens permettant d'accéder aux 252 diagnostics territoriaux des communes francophones de Wallonie (rapports, cartes, graphiques et tableaux).
